Free STBs are rentals and must be returned to Tbaytel if service is cancelled, otherwise hardware replacement fees will apply. To receive discounted pricing for 24 months, a 24-month term is required for the applicable service(s). Early cancellation of a 24-month term is subject to an early cancellation fee of $10 per month per month service remaining in the term. If a 24-month term is not agreed upon, discounted pricing will be available for twelve (12) months.
